Helpdesk and Service Desks
The Helpdesk provides all students with support for the University workplace. The Helpdesk is the place to go for all your questions regarding the University ICT services. You can, of course, also contact the Helpdesk if you have a question or if you want to report a malfunction.
A malfunction can be reported using the malfunction form, or using the contact details below. In case of a problem with uMail, please make sure you provide us with an alternative e-mail or telephone number on which we can reach you.
Once we have registered your report, you will be sent a report number at the e-mail address you provided. If you have questions about the status or if you want to ask additional questions about your report, we can help you more effectively if we can refer to this number.
